Brisket

Brisket is a well-worked muscle on the cow that develops a rich, succulent flavor as the connective tissues break down during "low and slow" roasting or braising. Our brisket is sourced from our local Stemple Creek Ranch and and prepared in-house to your specifications (If ordering online, please use "Order special instructions" if you'd like the fat trimmed). 

This product is sold in increments of 0.5 lb. Add as many 0.5 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
