VIRTUAL: Poultry Butchery Virtual Class Gift Certificate

This hands-on class will teach students the anatomy of birds. Students will be guided through butchering, deboning, spatchcocking, whole roasting, and carving. The class is 73 minutes and pre-recorded to watch at your own pace.  You'll have access to the class for 30 days from the purchase date. 

We have two options for gifting the class: 

1) With Meat Bundle (locals only) - This bundle includes access to the online class plus all the meats needed to fully participate in each lesson. The meat must be picked up at our shop in Berkeley, California. We do not ship meat!

2) Class only - This purchase does NOT include the meat used in each lesson. If your gift recipient lives outside of the Bay Area, this is the best option.
