Beef Shanks

The shank or "osso bucco" is a gelatinous, flavor-packed cut of beef - great for soups or braises. Sold bone-in with rich marrow, we cut to about 1" thick. 

This product is sold in increments of 0.7 lb. Add as many 0.7 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
