This corned beef is for St. Patrick's Day pre-orders only, available for pickup starting Wednesday the 12th, through St. Patrick's Day on Monday the 17th.
The corned beef items are non-refundable deposits to prepare and hold the item for you. The remaining cost will be paid at the time of pickup. See the products descriptions for details.

Pre-Order Cooked Corned Beef Brisket

Our house corned beef brisket, fully cooked and ready to heat & eat.
$25 per pound. Three pound minimum order. Orders of eight pounds or more may come as two pieces. Comes with some of the poaching broth for re-heating.
Pick up begins Wednesday March 12th.
We take a deposit of roughly half of your total, with the remainder due on pickup.
Don't forget the house-made sauerkraut and the house-made mustard!
To re-heat: Take your cooked corned beef and place it in a pot that properly fits it. Cover it with the Poaching liquid, adding water or broth as needed. Bring your pot to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Reheat time will be about 30-45 minutes for a 3-5# cut. If using a thermometer, internal temperature of the corned beef should read 150-160 Fahrenheit. Turn off the heat, let it rest in the liquid, then enjoy!
