Our guinea hen (or "fowl") comes from Grimaud Farm in the Sonoma Valley. Each guinea hen weighs approximately 3 to 3.5 lbs each (slightly smaller than chickens) and serves two to three people. They have a rich, game-bird flavor with tender, mostly dark meat. Great for roasting whole for in parts. If you'd like your guinea hen custom cut, please leave a note for us on the checkout page. $15.90 per pound.

Pick up days begin on Wednesday 4/1. (Any order place for before this date might cannot be fulfilled.) Please select your preferred pickup/ delivery date on or after 4/1!

This product is sold in increments of 3.0 lbs. Add as many 3.0 lbs units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
