Our guinea hen (or "fowl") comes from Grimaud Farm in the Sonoma Valley. Each guinea hen weighs just under 3 lbs on average (slightly smaller than chickens) and serves two to three people. They have a rich, game-bird flavor with tender, mostly dark meat. Great for roasting whole or in parts. If you'd like your guinea hen custom cut, please leave a note for us on the checkout page! $15.90 per pound.
