The beef tenderloin is sold similar to the picture shown - with silver skin and chain on on and trimmed of exterior fat. If you'd like the silver skin removed, such as for wellington preparation, please let us know - you should also anticipate up to 20% yield loss to the trim weight, which we'll package separately for you.
This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. Add as many 0.25 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
