The thinner "tail" section of the tenderloin. Cut the tail into pieces (or have us do it!) for tasty, tender morsels - great for kebobs or stir-fry 

This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. Add as many 0.25 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
