Our heritage turkeys come from Good Shepherd Ranch - owner and founder Frank R. Reese Jr. is a fourth-generation farmer and turkey breeder who has been producing the country’s best poultry for 60 years.* The turkeys are raised free-range on pasture, fly and roost in trees and are 100% free of antibiotics. The meat of heritage birds is darker and richer in flavor than that of conventional breeds. Every year we've had first-time GSR heritage turkey customers exclaim their amazement that turkey could taste so good!

You'll receive one fresh, never-frozen, whole turkey with neck and giblets. $17.50 per pound.

Sizes for these heritage turkeys are offered in ranges from 8 to 24 pounds - please let us know in your order comments if you'd like a specific weight and we'll do our best to get you close! (Preference given on a first-come, first-serve basis).

Please note: At checkout, you'll pay the full average cost for the turkey in your preferred size range plus a temporary charge to account for variance. We’ll update your total based on your size preference and the exact weight when we pack your order (you will then receive a refund for the balance, if applicable).

Cancellation policy for turkeys: Cancellations BEFORE Monday, November 16th will be honored. Turkey orders that are cancelled AFTER that date will be charged a $60 restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding!
