Boneless Lamb Leg Roast

Lamb leg is a wonderful cut to roast to a medium-rare - it's on the leaner side and has a clean, rich lamb flavor. Boneless roasts are conveniently easy to slice and serve. By default, we'll tie the roast for you to keep it uniform as it cooks, but let us know if you need it prepared in a certain way. $26/ lb

There are three size options available below. If you'd like a larger roast, please give us a call - we can leave the sirloin muscle on which can get a boneless roast up to 6 lbs or so. OR check our the bone-in roast options.

Make sure to give yourself enough time to season the roast (a day ahead of time is recommended)!

This product is sold in increments of 3.0 lb. Add as many 3.0 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
