Our house cured pancetta, custom cut into the cubes or whole. Perfect for adding to your roasted veggies, stew, pasta, etc. $24 per pound. 

This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. If you'd like it left whole or cut differently, let us know in the comments.

Monday 11/24, Tuesday 11/25 or Wednesday 11/26. 

This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. Add as many 0.25 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
