Frozen Pie Dough

We mix this pie dough in-house using leaf lard - a type of pork fat that is rich and butter-like, but lacks the porky-ness of regular lard.  Use in both sweet or savory pies! One pack is enough for the top and bottom of one standard 9" pie pan OR two open faced pies.

Ingredients: Flour, leaf lard, butter, sugar, sea salt, vodka, apple cider vinegar. 
Sold frozen.
