Our guinea hen comes from Grimaud Farm in the Sonoma Valley. Each guinea hen weighs approximately 3 to 3.5 lbs each (slightly smaller than chickens) and serves two to three people.
Note: May come frozen. Please order at least a day before if you'd like us to thaw it for pick-up/ delivery.

This product is sold in increments of 3.0 lb. Add as many 3.0 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
