Our grass-fed, grass-finished brisket is sourced from trusted local ranches and expertly butchered in-house. These briskets have a rich, bold flavor and are leaner than those from conventionally-grown beef. If you haven't cooked with this type of beef before, please note that you may need to add an hour or so to your cooking time to allow the beef to relax and become tender.
