This salumi features spices common in the Piedmont region of Italy, most notably clove, allspice, and nutmeg.  

This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. Add as many 0.25 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
