Let us know if you'd like the ribs frenched (cleaned, similar to picture 2). Price includes rib meat, which we are happy to save for you if have us remove it (we can even grind the trim for you!)

This product is sold in increments of 0.4 lb. Add as many 0.4 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
