Sold by the bone (~1.3lbs each), we will cut the marrow bone horizontally into "canoes" (as shown) by default.  Let us know if you'd like it cut in a different way! $18 per pound

Bone marrow is prized for its rich, creamy, nutty flavor. With high fat content and clean beefiness, just a bit of salt and pepper goes a long way to elevate your dish.

This product is sold in increments of 1.3 lb. Add as many 1.3 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
