Pork Picnic

The lower portion of the shoulder (towards the shank), picnic shoulder is a leaner alternative to the pork butt. Great for stew, pot roast, and the like - the picnic is also a perfect cut for making sausage (we use it for ours!)

This product is sold in increments of 0.5 lb. Add as many 0.5 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
