Let us know if you'd like the ribs frenched (cleaned, as in picture 2). Price includes rib meat, which we are happy to save for you if have us remove it (we can even grind the trim for you!)
A full rack has 8 ribs and weights around 3 lbs. Please select "Half Rack" or "Full Rack".
Note: At checkout, you’ll pay a temporary hold. We’ll update your total to reflect on Shopify, once we know the exact amount after weighing and packing your order.
