Schmaltz (4 oz or 8 oz)

Our schmaltz is rendered chicken fat we make in-house from our organically-fed chickens (Fogline and Rootdown Farms). It is available in two sizes. 

Schmaltz will hold well in the refrigerator for up to 6 months, but if you are using it infrequently, storing it in the freezer will keep it in best quality for much longer! (As a fat, it will stay pretty soft and scoopable, even while frozen)
