Our version of the Mid-Atlantic classic, made without the offal for less authenticity, but broader appeal. 

Fry both sides in lard or other cooking fat until nice and crispy. Goes especially well with fried eggs.

This product is sold in increments of 0.25 lb. Add as many 0.25 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
