Classic cut for grilling or broiling whole. We leave a healthy fat cap that will help protect the roast. Whole muscle is around 2.5 lbs. 

This cut is also great to cook as steaks (let us know how you'd like it prepared!)

This product is sold in increments of 0.5 lb. Add as many 0.5 lb units as you'd like and our amazing in-store team will prepare this for you as close to that weight as possible. Like in the store, you'll be billed for the exact amount you receive.
