Pre-Order Whole Duck $12.90/lb

Our Organic ducks are raised by Jim Reichardt, a fourth generation duck farmer, at Sonoma County Poultry. These Liberty Ducks are a strain of Pekin, receive no antibiotics or added hormones and are fed an organic diet that consists largely of corn and other grains. Each duck is approximately 4 to 5 lbs and will serve four people. If you'd like to keep the heads/ feet for making stock or to have your duck custom cut, please leave a note for us on the checkout page. $12.90 per pound.

NOTE: At checkout, you’ll pay a non-refundable $20 deposit, just a portion of the total. We’ll know the exact total after weighing and packing your order, and the balance will be paid upon pickup.
